I value the importance of building relationships with you and will continue to serve with vested interest and honesty to my employees, clients and partners.
Background
I worked diligently for 7 years at the city building counter. I became a project manager and superintendent with a general contractor for residential + commercial projects. Later, I evolved into an operations manager for a real estate investor.
By combining municipal regulation and field experience, I was able to alleviate the confusion and stressors of development and construction.
My most notable consultation service to date was for the land acquisition of 200+ acres for developing a residential master planned community.
